Nerve supply of gall bladder is from sympathetic complex. Vagus nerve is having nerve supply to thoracic cage.

Explanation:

Gall bladder nerve supply is from coeliac complex of sympathetic and parasympathetic complex.
Any disturbance in wall of gall bladder is detected through sympathetic parasympathetic nerves. Causes pain under ribs due to stimulation of autonomic nervous system. Autonomic nervous system is designed for controlling inner organs of thorax and abdomen. For example you never know where your kidneys are. But kidney stone stimulates autonomic nervous system makes you aware of stones with pain.
