Its basically about how you eat food and your body converts it to useable packets of energy that allow you to skip, jump and move around.
Explanation:
Cellular respiration is about what billions of cells in your body do every second or every day. As you take in food and breath oxygen, the food is broken down and processed into useable energy. Its quite complex, but it basically allows us to move around and do all the fun things we like to do in life.
