Explanation:

Max PE (remember #PE = m xx g xx h#) is at max. height (you cannot alter the mass or the value of g (it’s a constant) so point A

As energy is conserved, any PE lost becomes KE, so max KE is just the lowest point (point D)

PE = KE just means half the PE has been converted, so half the height, point C.

PE > KE means any point above the equilibrium (point C) so either E or G (A is also true, but they probably don’t want this answer again.)

KE > PE means any point below C, so B is your best (though you could use D)

All this assumes there are no frictional forces (air resistance etc.)
