Absolutely.

Explanation:

There are approximately 300 billion times 300 billion stars in the universe, if not more. The first 300 billion being the number of stars on average in a galaxy times the estimated number of galaxies in the universe.

In statistics it would be considered a sure thing.

We have about 200 - 400 billion stars in the Milky Way Galaxy alone. That number in itself bodes very well for the existence of earth like planets.
