I wrote a story. The problem is I have too many pronouns (I, HE) and possessive pronouns (MY, HIS).

How do I replace pronouns with other words without changing the meaning?

It's either the use of nouns or pronouns in the replacement of nouns. If you don't use either, I don't think there is any way to do that.
