Most spiral galaxies will have a black hole at their centres.
Explanation:
Most large galaxies have a supermassive black hole at their centre. The black hole actually drives the galaxy's evolution.
It is however possible that when galaxies collide the supermassive black hole of one of the galaxies can get ejected by gravitational effects. It is also possible that the two supermassive black holes go into orbit around each other and ultimately combine.
It is likely that all spiral galaxies have a black hole at their centre, or they had one and lost it due to a collision.
