Explanation:

Note that the middle two circles are highly connected, so forced to be #1# and #8#, with the top and bottom circles taking the values #7# and #2#.

Then #3# and #4# need to be disconnected from #2# so their placement is determined up to symmetry.

Finally #5# and #6# have to be placed in order that #4# and #5# are not connected.

So the solution is unique up to symmetry.
