$g(f(x))=h(x)$

To find a composition $g(f(x))$ for every occurence of $x$ in $g(x)$ you write the formula of $f(x)$ , so :

$g(color(red)(f(x)))=(color(red)(x-7))^2=h(x)$

I marked the inserted $f(x)$ with red color.
