How are barr bodies formed?

It is formed of the inactive X chromosome.

Explanation:

The inactivated X chromosome physically condenses to form a Barr body.
And we can see them as a small structure found at the rim of the nucleus in female somatic cells between divisions.
We see one Barr body in females and one in males.
