That would depend entirely on what you ingest , how much of it you ingested but the greatest risk factor is for how long have you been taking it.

Explanation:

The liver is a very important organ for the digestive system because it literally filters everything that your body ingests. It filters food, alcohol ,drugs and even your own blood.

Once you ingest too much drugs, alcohol and fast food, it would be forced to work double time than it needs to which leads to scarring of its tissues or build up of fat. That is why there is a relevant liver disease for something you ingested or inhaled.

Fatty liver for someone who ate a lot of food rich in Low Density Lipoprotein (Bad cholesterol) like fastfood, Liver cirrhosis (Scarring of the liver) leading to Hepatocellular carcinoma (Liver cancer) for someone who drank a lot of alcohol, Liver failure for someone who took a ingested a lot of drugs for a long time, Hepatitis A for ingesting food contaminated with human feces, Tuberculosis of the liver for someone who has been inhaling solvents for a long time.

As you can see, the liver will always compensate and try to save the human it is attached to but the human must also do its part not to abuse it and must regulate consumption of any foods and/or drugs.
