With rest, hot water bottles, plenty of water and limited intake of other substances until it goes away.

Explanation:

Most gastrointestinal or abdominal pain is not serious and will go away after a few days. If it persists, or you get it in conjuunction with symptoms such as vomiting, fever or diarrhea, you should go see a doctor immediately. However, there are quite a few methods to easing abdominal pain which mostly work, and here they are:

At Home: Live in a warm environemt, take warm baths and place hot water bottles on your abdomen. Drink plenty of water, and avoid coffee, alcohol and tea, as that could make the pain worse. Make sure to get plenty of rest, and try some over-the-counter antacids. Fasting may also help relieve pain.

If pain persists, go see a doctor for advice.
