The **sum** of the two dice will fall into **11 categories** from **2 through 12** . Each sum has a **theoretical probability** if it is "fair" [P(2)=1/36, P(3) = 2/36, etc.]

Roll the dice say 360 times and record the sum of each outcome. Then use **Chi-Square goodness-of fit** with 11-1 = 10 degrees of freedom.
