There are four fundamental forces: strong force, weak force, electro-magnetism and gravity.

Explanation:

The strong force is that force which cause the basic pieces of an atom to hold together.

The weak force is radiation; this force is instrumental in things decaying.

Electro-magnetism is the charged field which surrounds iron based materials or objects.

Gravity's greatest role is in how it helps create stars and planets, how it causes stars to burn hydrogen, and how it helps hold galaxies and planetary systems in an orderly manner of rotation.
