In 2-bromohex-3-ene #(CH_3C^"*"H(Br)CH=CHCH_2CH_3)#there exist one chiral carbon atom #(C_2)# and one unsymmetrical #C=C# .
Due to the presence of one chiral carbon atom #(C_2)# it exhibits R and S stereo isomerism and due to the presence of one unsymmetrical #C=C# ,starting at #C_3# , it exhibits E and Z isomerism . So #2xx2=4# combinations make 4 types of stereoisomers. They are shown with their names in above figures.
