${\log}_{3} 2 = 0.6309$
As ${\log}_{a} b \times {\log}_{b} c = {\log}_{a} c$
${\log}_{b} c = {\log}_{a} \frac{c}{\log} _ a b$
Hence ${\log}_{3} 2 = \log \frac{2}{\log} 3 = \frac{0.3010}{0.4771} = 0.6309$
