Well.... If you are thinking about factorization.... you can't...
But you can solve it

$\pm a \left(\pm b \pm c\right) \pm d \left(\pm e \pm f\right) = \left(\pm a \times \pm b\right) \pm \left(a \times \pm c\right) \pm \left(d \times \pm e\right) \pm \left(d \times \pm f\right)$
So....
$- 3 \left(7 m - 6\right) + 5 \left(- 3 m - 3\right) = \left(- 3 \times 7 m\right) - \left(3 \times \left(- 6\right)\right) + \left(5 \times \left(- 3 m\right)\right) + \left(5 \times \left(- 3\right)\right)$
Which is....
$- 21 m - \left(- 18\right) + \left(- 15 m\right) + \left(- 15\right)$
And...
$\left(-\right) \times \left(-\right) = \left(+\right)$
$\left(+\right) \times \left(-\right) = \left(-\right)$
Which gives us
$- 21 m + 18 - 15 m - 15$
Regroup
$- 21 m - 15 m + 18 - 15$
Solve
$- 36 m + 3$
