You can do it like this:

$\therefore f ' \left(x\right) = 5 \times \frac{3}{2} {\left(2 x - 3\right)}^{\frac{1}{2}} \times \left(2\right)$

$\therefore f ' \left(x\right) = 15 {\left(2 x - 3\right)}^{\frac{1}{2}}$

or $f ' \left(x\right) = 15 \sqrt{2 x - 3}$
