Then you go about multiplying it like normal.
$0.57$ × $0.30$ $=$ $0.171$
To find out where you should place the decimal point, you count how many digits come after the decimal, in this case $2$ digits come after each decimal point in each decimal.
You count paces started from the last number until you count four places and then place your decimal where you stopped.
