Do a little bit of algebraic manipulation.
#=lim_(x->0) (x(x - 3))/(x(x^2 + 4))#
#=lim_(x->0) (x - 3)/(x^2 + 4)#
#=( 0 - 3)/(0^2 + 4)#
#= -3/4#
