Two steps.

First, factor out what's multiplying all the terms, which is #6#:

#6(v^2+11v+10)#

Second, we find the roots and turn them into factors. Let's use Bhaskara (we're solving only for the parenthesis, not the original).

#(-11+-sqrt(121-4(1)(10)))/2=(-11+-9)/2#
# =># #v_1=-10# and #v_2=-1#.

To turn them into factors, we must equal each to zero, as follows:

#(v+10)=0# and #(v+1)=0#
