#y = (3y + 2)(2y-5)#
BTW this is not a Trinomial it is Binomial (Bi-two, Tri-three)

Explanation:

You have several option the first is by trial and error:
Write: #y=a_2y^2+ a_1y+a_0#
1) Find possible factors for #a_2=6 =>6 ->(2,3)#
2) Find possible factors for #a_0=-10 =>10 ->(2,-5) or (-2,5)#
3) Now look at the magnitude and sign of #a_1=-11# what can you add to get #=>-11 -> ((2,3))((2),(-5))=> (2xx2) +(-5xx3)#
from this we have:
#y = (3y+2)(2y-5)#
