There are no factors of 25 which differ by 10, there there are no factors with integers for this expression.
Subtracting factors of 5 will give #24x or 0x# as the middle term#

However if it was given as #x^2 - 10x + 25#, then we can find the factors.

IN this case we need factors of 25 which ADD to 10, which are 5 and 5. The signs will be the same in both brackets, both negative.

#x^2 - 10x + 25 = (x - 5)(x - 5)#
