Simply subtract the two functions.
#(f- g)(x) = 6x^2 + 4x - 7 - (2x - 7x^2 + 11)#
#=6x^2 + 4x - 7 - 2x + 7x^2 - 11#
#=13x^2 + 2x - 18#
