I assume you have 2 measurments start - #x_s# and finish - #x_f#.

To calculate the change you use this formula:

#c=|x_f-x_s|/x_sxx100%#

Example:

Let's say that a temperature changed from #300K# to #330K#. To calculate the percent change I use the formula:

#c=|330-300|/300xx100%=30/300xx100%=1/10xx100%=10%#

From these calculations we see that the temperature change (increase) is #10%#
