$\sin \left(\frac{7 \pi}{2}\right) = \sin \left(2 \pi + \frac{3 \pi}{2}\right) = \sin \left(\frac{3 \pi}{2}\right)$.
The sine graph shows--> $\sin \left(\frac{3 \pi}{2}\right) = - 1$
On the graph, the value of $\sin \left(\frac{3 \pi}{2}\right)$ appears at x = 4.71
