$\sqrt{x - 2}$ is defined when $x - 2 \ge 0$, that is when $x \ge 2$, so the domain is:

$\left\{x \in \mathbb{R} : x \ge 2\right\}$

or $\left[2 , \infty\right)$ in interval notication.
