$y = c \cdot {e}^{a \cdot x}$ with $c , a$ real constants and $e$ the natural logarithm basis. Now taking the values given
$6 = c \cdot {e}^{a \cdot 32}$
$14 = c \cdot {e}^{a \cdot 48}$
and solving for $c , a$ we get
$c = 1.10204 , a = 0.0529561$
