$14$ is the LCM.

#### Explanation:

If we have to find LCM of two numbers, the smaller of which is a factor of bigger number or alternatively bigger number is a multiple of smaller number,

then bigger number is the LCM of the two numbers.

Here as $7$ is a factor of $14$ or $14$ is a multiple of $7$, hence

$14$ is the LCM.

Note : Smaller number in such cases will be the Greatest Common Factor (GCF).
