The points of discontinuity are where the function does not exists in its domain. So you have to be careful of discontinuities when you have:
- Denominator
#=0# - Square root arguments
#<0# - Logarithm arguments
#<=0#
In this case the function is discontinuous in two points:
graph{y=(x^2-2x+3)/((x+3)(x-5)) [-8, 12, -15, 10]}
