1) Find 20% of 115 (by doing 115 x 0.2) and then adding that answer (23) to 115.

or

2) (an easier way) do 115 x 1.2 because you are adding on 20% so your 1 of the 1.2 if 115 and the 0.2 of the 1.2 is 0.2 of 115.
