Here the 2 points are (5 ,11) and (1 ,3)

let # (x_1,y_1)=(5,11)" and " (x_2,y_2)=(1,3)#

Substituting into the formula.

#rArrm=(3-11)/(1-5)=(-8)/(-4)=2#

The result is the same if the coordinate points are 'swapped'
