As you know, $y = 2 x + 1$ graph looks like this.

graph{2x+1 [-10, 10, -5, 5]}

An absolute value is always positive, so if $2 x + 1 < 0$, the sign of $y$ should change to positive. Thus, the point below the $x$-axis should reflect in the $x$-axis. Then the answer is

graph{abs(2x+1) [-10, 10, -5, 5]}
