We have the equation, $x - 2y = 6$

Since this is the equation of a straight line thus obtaining 2 points on the line shall be sufficient.

First put $x=0$
This gives, $y= -3$

Now, put $y = 0$
This gives, $x=6$

Thus points $(0,-3)$ and $(6,0)$ lie on the line.

Plot the two points and join them with a ruler and you're done.
