Quickest way is to find the #x# and #y# intercepts

Explanation:

#x-#intercept is when #y=0#
#0=1/4 x+2->1/4 x=-2->x=-8#
So the #x-#intercept is at #(-8,0)#

#y-#intercept is when #x=0#
#y=1/4 *0+2=2#
So the #y-#intercept is at #(0,2)#

Now draw a line through these points, because it is a linear equation.
graph{x/4+2 [-11.58, 10.92, -2.295, 8.955]}
