Explanation:

Let us select some values of #x# in multiples of #5#, such as #{-20,0,20}#

Corresponding values of #y# are one-fifth of that i.e. #{-4,0,4}#

So the three points on graph would be #(-20,-4)#, #(0,0)# and #(20,4)#.

As #y=1/5x# is a linear equation, hence straight line joining these points will give us the desired graph, which is like this
