It is a straight line curve passing through 3rd, 4th and 1st quadrant.

Explanation:

To draw a straight line curve find co-ordinates of two points.
In this case fine x and Y intercepts
At x = 0 ; y = 2(0) - 1
y = -1
(0, -1) is one point
At y = 0 ; 2x - 1 = 0
x = #(1/2)# = 0.5
(0.5, 0) is another point
Plot these two points. Join them with the help of a straight line.
