This graph can be drawn by using the basic graph of sin(x)

Explanation:

First,we plot the graph of y=sin(x). graph{sinx [-10, 10, -5, 5]}

We take the mirror image of this graph about X-axis to convert it into y= -sin(x)...
graph{-sinx [-10, 10, -5, 5]}

Further,we shift this graph three unit upwards(with respect to x-axis)
this gives us the graph of y=3-sin(x) graph{3-sinx [-10, 10, -5, 5]}
