#L.H.S = 7/10 + 1/2#

To make the denominator common:
we take the L.C.M of 2 and 10 #= 10#

# = 7/10 + (1 xx 5)/ (2xx5)#
# = 7/10 + 5/10#
#=12/10#

equating the above value with the R.H.S

#12/10# = # 6/(5x)#

#5x# = # 60/12#

#5x# = # 5#
