Since you have an x in the denominator, rationalizing will not simplify properly: $\frac{5 \sqrt{7 x}}{14 x}$
multiply by $\frac{\sqrt{28 x}}{\sqrt{28 x}} = 1$
$\frac{5}{\sqrt{28 x}} \times \frac{\sqrt{28 x}}{\sqrt{28 x}} = \frac{5 \sqrt{28 x}}{28 x}$
$= 5 \frac{\sqrt{{2}^{2} \cdot 7 x}}{28 x} = \frac{5 \cdot 2 \cdot \sqrt{7 x}}{28} x = \frac{5 \sqrt{7 x}}{14 x}$
