How do you simplify `(16)^(1/2) * (27)^(2/3)`?

1) the expression ^(1/2) means that, you should take the square root of the number.
2) ^(2/3) means that, you should take a square of that number and then take a cube root. (this order can change, its up to you :) )

If i make a generalization;
`m^(a/b)` means `rootb(m^a)`

so the answer will be;

`16^(1/2) .(27)^(2/3)` = `4 * 3^2` = `4 * 9` = 36
