#2-3[x-2-5(x-1)]#

We use the PEMDAS rule to simplify the above expression
(Parentheses>Exponents>Multiply and Divide>Add or Subtract)

We solve the parentheses first, inwards to outwards

# = 2-3[x-2-{5x-5}]#

# = 2-3[x-2-5x+5]#

# = 2-3[(x-5x)+(5-2)]#

# = 2-3[-4x+3]#

# = 2-{(3*-4x)+(3*3)}#

# = 2-{-12x+9}#

# = 2+12x-9#
