the answer is $2 {x}^{2} + 7 x + 3$
just multiply them by each other. so $2 x \to x \mathmr{and} 2 x \to 3$ and make sure you get all the numbers. now do the same for the second number. you'll get $2 {x}^{2} + 6 x + x + 3$ don't factor b/c it's already in factored form, you want the whole equation. so you add like terms and the only one you can add is $6 x + x$ so then you get $2 {x}^{2} + 7 x + 3$
