Easy lets use the algorithm / identity ${\left(a + b\right)}^{2} = {a}^{2} + {b}^{2} + 2 a b$

So lets identify our terms

$a = 3 x$
$b = 2 y$

So

$\therefore {\left(3 x + 2 y\right)}^{2} = {\left(3 x\right)}^{2} + {\left(2 y\right)}^{2} + 2 \left(3 x\right) \left(2 y\right)$
$= 9 {x}^{+} 4 {y}^{2} + 12 x y$
