For the expression $\frac{5 {x}^{3} z - 5 {x}^{2} y z}{5 {x}^{2} z}$ to be valid
neither $x$ not $z$ (nor both) can be equal to zero.

$\frac{5 {x}^{3} z - 5 {x}^{2} y z}{5 {x}^{2} z}$

$\frac{\left(5 {x}^{2} z\right) \left(x\right) - \left(5 {x}^{2} z\right) \left(y\right)}{5 {x}^{2} z}$

$\frac{\cancel{\left(5 {x}^{2} z\right)} \left(x - y\right)}{\cancel{5 {x}^{2} z}}$

$= x - y$
