So `3(2x-3)/(5x+1) * (15x^2 - 7x - 2) / (6 - 13x + 6x^2)`
`(3(2x-3)(5x+1)(3x - 2))/((5x+1)(3 - 2x)(2 - 3x))`

So the answer is 1 as all the factors cancel out
