# How do you simplify (8 – (4 – 2) )* ( 4+(8 + 6) ) ?

$\left(8 - \left(4 - 2\right)\right) \cdot \left(4 + \left(8 + 6\right)\right)$

We can first solve the first bracket:

$\rightarrow \left(8 - \left(2\right)\right) \cdot \left(4 + \left(8 + 6\right)\right)$

$\rightarrow \left(6\right) \cdot \left(4 + \left(8 + 6\right)\right)$

$\rightarrow \left(6\right) \cdot \left(4 + \left(14\right)\right)$

$\rightarrow \left(6\right) \cdot \left(18\right) = 108$
