#a^3*b^2#

Explanation:

When dealing with exponents being raised to another exponent, you can multiply the outside exponent by the inside ones.
i.e. #(2^2*3^3)^3 = 2^(2*3)*3^(3*3) = 2^6*3^9#

is this case once we do that we get:
#a^(6/2)*b^(6/3)#
and when we simplify the fractions in the exponents we get:

#a^3*b^2#
