${m}^{3} {n}^{2}$
Remember that ${x}^{-} 1 = \frac{1}{x} ^ 1$ and similarly $\frac{1}{x} ^ - 1 = {x}^{1}$
Thus ${m}^{3} / {n}^{-} 2 = {m}^{3} {n}^{2}$
