How do you simplify x/(2x^0)^2 and write it using only positive exponents?

$\frac{x}{4}$
${x}^{0}$ is simply $1$.
So the denominator simplifies to just ${2}^{2}$, or $4$.
There are no common factors between the numerator, $x$, and the denominator, $4$, so the answer is just $\frac{x}{4}$.
