Bring the constant and variables terms together :-

#### Explanation:

 10x – 8 + 2x(3) = 4(x – 8)+ 9(3 – x)

$\Rightarrow 10 x + 6 x - 4 x + 9 x = - 32 + 27 + 8$

$\Rightarrow 21 x = 3$

$\therefore x = \frac{1}{7}$
